Makin' Memories...

Here are Dexter and Remington. Dexter came over for a play date this week. It seems as if they are finally getting used to the idea of being around each other. They cuddled all afternoon, after a morning of wrestling and snow.
S got her hair trimmed last Saturday. She wants to keep growing it long- we had to put pictures in.
The kids and Remy playing. T got her hair cut, too. I am SO impressed by Kaye's ability to the hair of a constantly moving toddler. She is good.
Christmas Eve morning- I ripped off Tip Junkie and we had Santa Claus pancakes. We also had sparkling cider- oh,la, la!

Christmas Eve we went to my Uncle's for prime rib- it was amazing! My great-grandmother came into visit with my grandma from Elko, Nevada. It was lots of fun and great gifts were exchanged.

A couple of days ago, T got croup. It was a nasty cough and I was kind of worried about her after last year's bout with RSV. Anyway, the cough went away quickly the next day and that night she got a terrible fever. She broke out in a rash- which we weren't too worried about- babies do that sometimes. Well, the rash got worse- and worse. Her little hands and feet swelled up and started to turn purple. We took her in. She's doing better, now. She is on steroids and benedryl. The Dr. called to check on her today and told me he knew it wasn't our first child because of how serious the rash looked and how calm we seemed to be. We will keep you posted!
Grandma Leann made pajamas for all of the kids. They are soo cute and fit perfectly! S got a cabinet from one of her great-grandmas. T loves it and loves it even more that she fits in the bottom cabinets.

K got a construction kit from my parents for Christmas. He put it on right away and was showing everyone his tools. His little goggles fogged up almost immediately- which is why the pictures don't show his eyes. ;)

We opened presents at my mom's in the evening- the only pictures that were taken (not at our house, or at W's grandma's- just my mom's). Josh and Jaimee, Justin and Chelsea, Shawn and his terrible face he kept pulling- in EVERY picture. Ryan was with Haylee. It was lots of fun and we played Guitar Hero after presents.
